What is your cancellation policy?
24 hours notice for cancellation of any appointments. Cancellations within the 24 hour time frame will be stored on account to use at a later time. Cancelled appointments that do not fall within the 24 hour notice period will be forfeited.
30 days notice for termination of any recurring program
What happens during my first consultation?
The purpose of our fitness consultation is to assess the your fitness history, ultimate goals and fitness level. A Functional Movement Screen will be applied by your coach to fully understand your movement capacity, weaknesses, and pain points. That data is then used to build a safe and effective exercise program for you.
What if i'm out of shape?
Our coaches are experts at working with all different types of fitness levels from beginners to pro athletes. Our programs are custom tailored to help you make steady progress towards achieving a higher level of fitness and well-being thats best for you.
How soon will I see results?
Different body types experience different results. It all comes down to how much you commit. You will see minor improvements in athletic performance within the first few sessions of training, but most body composition improvements occur in 4-6 weeks. Results vary depending on: diet, intensity levels, training frequency, and genetics.
